Shane has an extensive knowledge in this industry developed over many years, managing projects from small to large. Shane will ensure all projects are fully documented and completed to an exemplary degree, he has developed many projects from residential design to educational facilities and community focused complexes with master planning, conceptual plan and schematic design.
Shane believes in the importance of clear and well-developed documentation and open communication is the key to any building projects’ success. It is with this philosophy as a priority in CBA Building Designers mission statement, that we strive to succeed in business and life.
Shane has been managing building projects of various types and budget including educational, commercial, community, residential and industrial in Regional and Metropolitan areas since 1987, first working with a large architectural firm as a senior designer, prior to joining CBA Building Designers.
With tertiary qualifications and vast experience in the building design and project management, Shane has a practical knowledge of the building process, from Concept design through to handover of completed works to the client. He is involved in all aspects of projects, including appointment of staff and sub-consultants to each project.

Our practice has established strong working relationships with supporting consultants including structural engineers, landscape designers, lighting and mechanical consultants and skilled builders and tradespeople.
We are able to draw upon the experience and advice of all these players to create outstanding and practical solutions.
